Cheethiya to lead Sri Lanka juniors to Taipei.

Former Joes winger, Gemunu Cheethiya will lead Sri Lanka Youth outfit at the next month's Junior Asian Rugby Tournament which will take place in Taipei between Sri Lanka, Taipei, Hong Kong and Korea.

Gemunu Cheethiya will lead a 25 member team under the watchful eyes of Dushantha Lewke and assisted by Mohamed Mustaq. Chethiyas has represented the country in the Under 18 sevens, Under 29 fifteens, sevens plus led the Under 18 outfit at the Youth Commonwealth ames in Bahamas. Currently he is turning out for the Red Shirts in the Dialog League encounters.

he other 24 members will be finalized this week-end with the tour taking place  mid December 2018.
